Eligibility Criteria
-
Target Group: Only retired/superannuated non-executive employees of NCL who worked as Electrical Supervisors.

Superannuation Window: Candidates who superannuated between 31.05.2023 and 31.05.2026 are eligible. Those who retired before or after these dates cannot apply.

Ineligibility: Employees separated due to resignation, termination, dismissal, medical grounds, VRS, or SFVRS are not eligible.

Disciplinary Record: No punishment from disciplinary actions in the last 3 years of service.

Attendance Record: Maximum unauthorised absence allowed is 10 days in the last 3 years of service.

Clearances: Must have Vigilance, Departmental, and Safety clearances at the time of retirement.
Age Limit
-
The maximum age limit during the entire contract period must not exceed 65 years.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on a merit point system assessing the candidate's parameters from the preceding 3 years of superannuation:

Physical Attendance (Max 15 Marks): 5 marks/year for >90% attendance; 3 marks for 80%-90%; 2 marks for 70%-80%; 0 marks for <70%.

Annual Confidential Report / ACR (Max 15 Marks): 5 marks/year for Outstanding/Excellent grade; 3 marks/year for Very Good grade. (Minimum ACR rating must not be below "Very Good") .

Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to being found medically fit (IME).
Salary & Contract Benefits
-
Remuneration: Consolidated monthly pay of 50% of the last drawn wages (Basic + VDA + SDA).

Contract Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable for another year subject to performance and mutual consent (up to a maximum age of 65).

Deductions: 3% monthly recovery as a refundable security deposit. 2% recovery if company accommodation is provided.

Leave: 15 days of Annual Leave with wages.

Exclusions: Not entitled to regular benefits like HRA, Bonus, Overtime, Gratuity, etc.
