Preparing the Application on Plain Paper (A4 Size): Interested candidates are required to prepare their application manually on an A4 size plain paper instead of using any pre-printed application form. The application must include full personal and academic details, such as the candidate's name, father's name, date of birth, educational qualifications, current postal address, WhatsApp mobile number, and Aadhaar card details. A recent passport-size photograph must also be affixed to the application.

Addressing the Application: The completed application letter must be formally addressed to the "Principal and Member Secretary, Janbhagidari Samiti, Govt. Maharani Laxmibai Girls Post Graduate Autonomous College, Bhopal".

Attaching Required Documents (Self-Attestation): Candidates must attach self-attested photocopies of all relevant educational certificates, mark sheets, and experience documents along with the application form. A self-attested copy of the Aadhaar card is also mandatory. Submitting the Application: The completely prepared envelope must be physically submitted or delivered to the college campus before the deadline (25/06/2026) mentioned in the advertisement. Applications received after the stipulated time frame will not be entertained under any circumstances.
This recruitment is initiated by the Janbhagidari Samiti at Government Maharani Laxmibai Girls Post Graduate Autonomous College, Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) for the academic session 2026-27.
Applications have been invited for the positions of Guest Faculty, Visiting Faculty, Laboratory Technician, Laboratory Attendant, and Accompanist (Tabla / Harmonium player).
No, this engagement is purely temporary in nature. Selected candidates will not be considered part of the regular college establishment, nor will they fall under the legal definition of a public servant.
Visiting Faculty will receive an honorarium of ₹400/- per lecture, with a maximum limit of 03 lectures per day. On the other hand, Guest Faculty will be paid a fixed honorarium of ₹1500/- per working day.
Laboratory Technicians and Accompanists will be paid at the "Highly Skilled" rate determined by the District Collector. Laboratory Attendants will receive wages based on the "Semi-Skilled" rate set by the District Collector.
The upper age limit for candidates applying for the Visiting Faculty positions is set up to 65 years
Selection will be done completely on a merit basis out of a total of 100 marks. The breakdown of marks is: 40% weightage of Post Graduation marks, 20 marks for Ph.D./NET/SET qualification, 20 marks for Teaching Skills, and 20 marks allocated for the personal Interview.
For Laboratory Technicians and Accompanists, selection is based on an 80% weightage of graduation marks in the relevant subject and 20% marks from the interview. For Laboratory Attendants, selection is based on an 80% weightage of 10th-grade marks and 20% marks from the interview.
When preparing the shortlisting merit list for interviews, a maximum of 06 candidates will be called against each available post vacancy. Attendance at the interview is mandatory for final consideration.
