Fill up the application form accurately with all requested academic and personal data.

Pre-register by emailing the duly filled application form as an attachment to ad-hrt.cair@gov.in prior to the walk-in interview.

Ensure the email subject line is strictly kept as 'Application for JRF as per the Advertisement No: CAIR/HRT/JRF/2026/01'.

Submit the pre-registration email on or before the last date of 26th June 2026.

Report to the venue (CAIR Main Gate Reception, DRDO Complex, C.V. Raman Nagar, Bengaluru) on 04th July 2026 between 0830 Hrs and 0930 Hrs.

Bring along the printed filled application form, detailed bio-data, original certificates, one set of self-attested photocopies, two passport-sized photographs, and a valid Government photo ID proof.
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering in 1st Division with a valid CSIR-UGC (NET)/GATE qualification, OR M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering with 1st Division at both levels.
The current stipend is Rs. 37,000/- + HRA per month as per funding agency rules.
The Walk-In Interview will take place on 04th July 2026 (Saturday) at Centre for Artificial Intelligence & Robotics (CAIR), DRDO Complex, C.V. Raman Nagar, Bengaluru-560093. Reporting time is 0830-0930 Hrs.
Pre-registration via email by 26th June 2026 is strongly recommended to reduce registration time, but eligible candidates can also directly report on the interview day within the reporting time.
Candidates will undergo certificate screening, followed by a Written Test starting at 1000 Hrs. Only those who qualify in the written exam will be interviewed on the same day.
