Download the prescribed application format from the advertisement document.

Fill out all the details carefully including Name, DOB, Address, Discipline, and Branch Code.

Affix a recent passport-size photograph (4.5 x 3.5 cm) on the form.

Obtain a mandatory recommendation/referral letter from the Principal or Director of your college/institution on the official letterhead.

Attach all required documents including copies of UG/PG marksheets reflecting CGPA, a copy of the Aadhaar card, and a brief bio-data (<300 words) highlighting achievements.

Enclose the form and documents in an envelope and clearly superscribe the envelope with 'Application for Paid Internship' along with the specific 'Branch Code No'.

Send the application form by Speed Post to: The General Manager, Advanced Centre for Energetic Materials (ACEM), Ambe Hills, Ojhar, Nashik - 422207 (Kind Attn.: To HRD Division) so that it reaches on or before 15th June 2026.
यूजी इंजीनियरिंग के 7वें/8वें सेमेस्टर या पीजी इंजीनियरिंग (M.Tech) के प्रथम/द्वितीय वर्ष में पढ़ रहे छात्र, जिन्होंने सभी पिछले सेमेस्टर में कम से कम 8.5 CGPA या 85% अंक प्राप्त किए हों, आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
चयनित छात्रों को ₹5,000/- प्रति माह का वजीफा दिया जाएगा। वजीफा प्राप्त करने के लिए छात्र का अकादमिक प्रदर्शन अच्छा होना चाहिए और प्रतिष्ठान में प्रति माह न्यूनतम 15 कार्य दिवसों की शारीरिक उपस्थिति अनिवार्य है।
स्टिपेंड का भुगतान सीधे छात्र के बैंक खाते में दो किश्तों में किया जाएगा। पहली किश्त इंटर्नशिप के शुरुआती 03 महीने सफलतापूर्वक पूरे करने के बाद दी जाएगी।
हाँ, आवेदन पत्र के साथ कॉलेज के प्राचार्य/निदेशक द्वारा जारी किया गया संस्तुति पत्र (Referral Letter) अनिवार्य रूप से संलग्न होना चाहिए। इसके अलावा, जॉइनिंग के समय कॉलेज लेटरहेड पर अनापत्ति प्रमाण पत्र (NOC) भी जमा करना होगा।
स्पीड पोस्ट के माध्यम से आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंतिम तिथि 15 जून 2026 है। अपूर्ण या इस तिथि के बाद प्राप्त आवेदनों को खारिज कर दिया जाएगा।
